Investigating how adding more cells changes the brightness of the bulb

Yesterday, we used our data loggers to measure the brightness of the bulb each time we added another cell. We spotted that the more cells you added, the brighter the bulb became (until it popped!).

We had to keep everything under cover so that the sensor was only reading the bulb’s brightness and not the sun’s!
